Nothing is available to buy yet, so there is nothing to refund. Joining a waitlist is free.

Pre-orders

If we offer pre-orders, you can ask for a full refund of a pre-order at any time until the product ships. Email support@bvl.dev from the address you paid with. We make no promise about delivery dates.

Subscriptions

Once a product has shipped and you have a subscription, fees already paid for the current billing period are not refunded when you cancel; you keep access until the end of that period. Cancel before the next period starts to avoid the next charge. See Cancellation. Where the law gives you a right to a refund, that right is not affected.

How refunds are paid

Refunds go back to the original payment method through Stripe.
